Well this week was my first outing in the rain on the Vespa.
What can i say it went kinda OK. Aside from nearly being squashed by someone as I moved out, I don’t think they saw me.
Although how you can miss a bright dragon red Vespa with a 6 foot two bloke on I don’t know but on this occasion I’ll put it down to experience and move on.
I had the full wet weather gear on the for the first time and it really did the job, it seemed a shame to take it all off in the sub zero office I work in.
But all in I feel more sorted that I can deal with the rain now.
And I’m getting use to the strange wind effect the wind shield causes.
So it looks like I’ll be Vespa’ring to work for a little longer each year now.
