The project I’m leading to implement Endeca merchandising is starting to take off.
Today was the first day I was finally able to demonstrate what we are going to deliver for phase 1 of merchandising.
And I have to say it went well.
I live demo’d (always a risk) the rules working but also created a rule live before the PMEMT and it went very well.
People are now starting to see the power of merchandising within the Endeca environment but also the simplicity of the web studio.
Next, I have to deliver in a production environment but also scope phase 2.
I think phase 2 will be allot simpler for people to believe in, now phase 1 is looking good.
